Alcohol Policy (“Responsible Enjoyment Policy”)
At The Xchange, we are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests. To maintain the integrity of our events and ensure responsible consumption, we have established the Responsible Enjoyment Policy regarding alcohol.
Policy Guidelines:
• No Outside Alcohol: Guests are strictly prohibited from bringing outside liquor or alcoholic beverages into the event. Any unauthorized alcohol will be confiscated, and violators may be subject to removal without a refund.
• Responsible Consumption: We encourage all guests to drink responsibly. Excessive intoxication, disruptive behavior, or failure to follow event staff or security instructions may result in removal from the event.
• Legal Drinking Age: Guests must be 21 or older to purchase or consume alcohol. A valid government-issued ID will be required at all bars and service areas.
• Service Discretion: Bartenders and staff reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated or is behaving inappropriately.
• Safety First: If you or someone you know needs assistance, please notify event staff or security. We prioritize the safety and well-being of all attendees.
Getting Home Safely:
• Designated Drivers: We strongly encourage groups to designate a sober driver before arriving at the event.
• Ride-Share & Transportation: We recommend using Uber, Lyft, or a local taxi service if you have been drinking. Event staff can assist in arranging transportation if needed.
• Parking Reminder: If you are unable to drive safely, please leave your vehicle parked and arrange for a safe ride home.
Liability Disclaimer:
By attending The Xchange, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for your own actions and decisions regarding alcohol consumption. The Xchange, its organizers, staff, and venue partners assume no liability for any injuries, damages, or legal consequences resulting from excessive alcohol consumption, impaired driving, or failure to follow this policy. Guests who consume alcohol do so at their own risk.
Failure to comply with this policy may result in removal from the event without a refund. If you have any questions, please contact hello@thexchange.club.
